Gourmet Dining at Caribe

Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant, located at the top of a small picturesque sea cliff, features al fresco (open air) dining at it’s romantic best! The views are simply incredible and the food exquisite. Choose to dine with friends or enjoy a table for two. 

All meal choices vary and there is always something new to enjoy. However, if you have a special request or any restrictions, please contact Patricia Gorden our General Manager at the resort at pgorden@calienteresorts.com she will do her best to have the kitchen accommodate you. Lunch and snacks are served at the ocean level Tiki Bar just 15 meters from the beach. All meals are full service except our Friday Night Luau Pig Roast Buffet at the Tiki with a bonfire on the beach.

Unlimited Premium Beverages

From water and colas to top-shelf liquors, wines and tropical delights... everything is included in unlimited quantities! Our current well is composed of local offerings as well as favorites you know and love, including Rum’s like: Brugal Dorado (dark), Brugal Blanco, Brugal 151, Marcoiris Agua Coco, Bacardi Blanco and Barcelo Anejo. Gin’s like: Bermudez and Tangueray.  Vodka’s like: Red Russian and Absolut.  Whiskey’s like: Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Canadian Club and Dewars.  Jose Cuervo Tequila.  Sambuca.  Cointreau.  Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua, Amaretto, Crème de Mente.  Campari. And last but not least, Brandi’s like: Napoleon and Fortier.  Our local beer available to us as part of the all-inclusive is El' Presedente and Bohemian.

If you have a favorite brand that we do not have on hand and is available locally, we will be more than happy to acquire it for you at the current local price.  This purchase will be charged to your room.

You can also purchase a bottle personally for your room at the airport duty free.  Remember to keep in mind you are in another country and some liquors are not available.
