RV Lots are located throughout the Casita Village and close to the Resident's Clubhouse, hot tub and laundry facilities.

Guidelines

Caliente Tampa Resort offers long term stays on a month to month basis only and will only accept neat and well maintained RVs.  The rental fee includes water, sewer, trash, electricity and basic cable.  Cargo trucks or trailers that have been converted to an RV and external side mounted air conditioners on any RV are not allowed.

We also require that all sites be maintained with no outside or underneath storage. Dollies and excess equipment must be stored in our storage area. Outside carpeting must not exceed the awning area. RVs must not overhang the concrete pad.  Caliente Resorts reserves the right to deny access to vehicles that do not meet any of these requirements.

• RV models must be 1996 or newer; prior approval is required for older models
• Absolutely no clothesline(s) permitted
• Pets must be leashed and owners MUST scoop all pet waste
• Barking dogs will not be tolerated
• Trash must be emptied promptly and no trash is to be left outside RV
• All other club regulations apply
